All full-hookup sites include water, sewer, and 30 & 50 amp electric. Rates are before tax; weekly & monthly are plus metered electric.

Weekly stays have a 2-week minimum. Monthly stays have a 3-month minimum — shorter monthly stays are billed at the weekly rate. Stays over 6 months have a one-time non-refundable application fee.
Deposits
One night's deposit holds a nightly stay (refundable, less $10, with 15+ days' notice). Weekly & monthly stays take a $200 deposit (refundable, less $10, with 30+ days' notice).
Site lock
Site numbers aren't guaranteed unless you add the $35 site-lock fee to your reservation — worth it if you have a favorite spot.
RV requirements
RVs must be 10 years or newer, or approved by management. No tents, pop-ups, conversion vans, or conversion trailers. Two vehicles per site; extra vehicles $5/day in overflow.
